Josh Boutte hails from New Iberia, Louisiana. After graduating from Angelo State University, he got his first overseas gig in Kosovo. However, that wouldn't last longer than 6 games as the world-wide pandemic broke out and he returned to the U.S. After a short delay in his career, he headed to El Salvador to play, and followed up with a season in Germany.
